At AvLife, we handle production and set design as part of a broader event service: we create visual elements, foam structures, vinyl graphics, and set pieces that integrate seamlessly with the technical components (screens, lighting, video production, and sound). We are not a “pure” set design company, but we do have the team and partners to cover set design, construction, and installation when the project requires it—particularly for corporate events, conferences, and stage setups.
We create custom foam structures and vinyl decor for stages, exhibition stands, and presentation backdrops, including 3D logos, dimensional lettering, branded elements, and structures that help “dress” the space without complicating installation.
Event design and décor with custom-made set design
When looking for event set design and decoration or event scenography, the goal is usually the same: to ensure the stage avoids a generic look and that the event communicates more effectively. We achieve this by creating visual concepts aligned with the brand, carefully managing proportions, materials, and finishes so that everything works perfectly both in the venue and on camera.

Construction, manufacturing, and assembly (with specialized partners)
For projects that require it, we coordinate the construction of set designs, their fabrication, and the final installation. In other words, we can handle the construction and assembly of sets in an organized manner, using robust materials and safe systems.
At the venue, we manage the set assembly—and, for touring or multi-day events, the assembly and dismantling—so the client does not have to coordinate multiple vendors. Everything is planned with access, loading/unloading times, and coordination with other technical teams in mind.
Set design for corporate events and conference stages
This service is most effective for event set design—specifically for corporate events such as conferences, product launches, trade shows, and presentations. We design and produce event sets that integrate LED screens, stage backdrops, photo backdrops, and signage, ensuring a visually appealing result for both photography and video.
For conference-style events featuring a stage, we typically use branded elements (foam board with vinyl), lightweight structures, and clean finishes to achieve a professional look without turning the setup process into a major construction project.
TV, film, and sets: set support for productions
We can also support television set design and production projects when the format requires it, coordinating design and execution with the production team. In specific instances, we collaborate on elements for film set design, particularly when speed, adaptability to locations, and compatibility with camera and lighting systems are required.
Rental or custom production?
Sometimes clients come looking for scenography rentals or to “rent set design.” If the setup allows for reusable elements, we propose that option. However, for most brand events, custom production works best: it fits the space, reinforces brand identity, and avoids compromises regarding size or aesthetics. If a specific format is required, we can also arrange event set rentals or even theatrical set rentals through our partners.
